How it works

Washing instructions for the laundromat

At a Wash&Go laundromat you do your laundry in six simple steps: prepare, load, pay, start, dry, collect. A wash takes around 35 minutes, and with drying you are done in 55 to 75 minutes.

03Tips

Three tips for perfect results.

And some good news: you don’t have to stay. If you do, there is free Wi-Fi.

Don’t overfill

Your laundry needs room to move. A hand’s width of space at the top of the drum is ideal.

Dose correctly

If you bring your own detergent, follow the dosage on the pack for the load size. More does not wash cleaner.

Check the dryer

After 20 minutes, give it a quick feel. Still damp? Just add 10 more minutes.
