Name and logo: The name “Wash&Go” and the Wash&Go logo are protected marks. This also covers similar spellings such as “Wash and Go”, “Wash & Go”, “WashGo” or “washandgo” when used for laundromats, laundries or related services. Using them for other businesses, websites, domains, company names, Google profiles or social media accounts is prohibited without our written consent.

Infringements: We consistently pursue any unauthorised use without prior warning, in particular claims for injunctive relief, removal, information and damages under the German Copyright Act (§§ 97 et seq. UrhG) and the German Trademark Act (§§ 14, 15 MarkenG). The infringer bears the costs of a cease-and-desist letter.
