Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you open a page, the server automatically stores technical information sent by your browser: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page. We need this information to run the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short time. A data processing agreement is in place with the host.
Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp
If you write to us or call us, we only process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). If you message us on WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited) also applies. We delete your details once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
YouTube videos
On some pages we show videos from our YouTube channel. When you open the page, you only see a preview image from our own server, and no connection to YouTube is made. Only when you tap “play” is the video loaded from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Your IP address and information about your device, among other things, are then sent to YouTube, and YouTube may also transfer data to the USA. The legal basis is your consent by tapping play (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). More in Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Links to other services
Our website contains links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Maps and the websites of the individual Wash&Go laundromats. They are simple links without embedded content. Only when you click a link do you leave our website, and the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, to data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Just write to us at service@washandgo.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
